Dylan Steinfeld is a Junior “utility” player who came to Pace Academy as a freshman. He is a five-time varsity letterman earning three in swimming and two in baseball to date. Dylan also plays on the Pace football team and swims in a summer swim league.
Dylan enjoys playing trumpet in the Pace band and also utilizes his horn skills playing trumpet at military funerals for “Bugles Across America.” He has played trumpet since fourth grade and piano since kindergarten. Dylan began baseball at age 3 in DeKalb County recreational leagues alongside his older brothers. Dylan played year-round baseball for many years, including a summer league that played at Cooperstown.
At Pace, Dylan is a member of PASS (Pace Academy Student Support), is a key member of Baking for Breast Cancer, and participates in the Knight Capital investment club.
Dylan is the son of Bruce and Shayna Steinfeld and has two older brothers. Justin is a senior at Binghamton University where he is a member of the club baseball team and Zach, a four-year letter winning pitcher for the Knights, is a freshman at Georgia Tech.
